Calendar sync: scheduled jobs land in your Outlook
Book a captured job into a slot and it appears in the calendar you already live in.
JobLock editorial · 5 min read

A booking system nobody looks at is worse than a notebook. JobLock pushes bookings into the calendar already on your phone.
Connect once, from the calendar page
You connect your own Microsoft account from the dashboard. Everyone on the team connects their own, so nobody shares credentials and nobody sees a colleague's personal diary.
Scheduling from the lead
Pick a date, a time and a duration on the job. It becomes a calendar event titled with the trade and the customer, with the address, number and written brief in the body.
Because the detail travels with the event, the calendar entry is enough on its own when you are standing outside the property.
- Default duration is an hour and can be changed per job.
- The event body carries the phone number, so you can ring from the calendar.
- Rescheduling in JobLock keeps the job and the event aligned.
Your day stays in one place
School runs, merchant collections and MOTs live in the same view as your jobs. Double-booking stops happening because there is only one diary to check.
Why we sync rather than replace
Trades already have a calendar that works. Replacing it with a proprietary planner is how software gets abandoned in month two, so JobLock writes into the diary you already trust.
Common questions
- Which calendars are supported?
- Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts, connected per user from the dashboard.
- Can my team connect their own calendars?
- Yes — each person authorises their own account, and nobody can see anyone else's personal events.
- What happens if I move a job?
- Reschedule it in JobLock and the linked calendar event is kept in step.
